As a J2EE app, the Funambol DS Server can run on a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems. Funambol Carrier Edition has been certified on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and 5 as well as Debian Linux 4.0 and Debian Linux 64 bit

Push email and synchronization of contacts, calendar, tasks, notes (not all data types supported on all devices)
